Recently, a new type of publisher has opened its doors. I think all authors need to have a look at it.
It incorporates traditional publishers marketing your books and the ability to use groups of people to choose your book. Instead of needing an agent, who then sends your book to a publisher, then the publisher trying to find your book buried beneath a pile of manuscripts this new company utilizes a community of people to review books and judge whether they are good or not.
Their slogan is ‘you choose the books, we publish them’. Bookkus also generates a full marketing package when they publish your book which takes the burden out of your hands as well.
I recommend that if you have a manuscript you want to submit, that you check them out and decide if it is for you.
